    Pick a package, a date and a start time. The photographer accepts or declines within 24 hours.

    Pay a small advance by UPI

    Once they accept, pay a small advance through our licensed payment partner. The app shows the exact amount first, and we hold it until your shoot is done.

    Enjoy your shoot

    Pay the rest to the photographer directly, get your photos, and leave an honest review.

Get the most out of your shoot

Book early for big days

Wedding season dates go fast. Send requests a few weeks ahead, and have a second choice ready.

Compare what packages include

Look past the price: hours, number of edited photos, album or video, delivery time and travel.

Read the reviews

Reviews come only from clients who completed a booking. Look at how recent they are, not just the stars.

Share a shot list

Add notes to your request: must-have moments, family groups, and anything the photographer should know.

Give the exact address

Add the full address and a contact number when you book, so the photographer arrives on time.

Plan for the light

Outdoor portraits look best early morning or an hour before sunset. Ask the photographer what they suggest.

Keep a little buffer

Leave time before and after the shoot. Rushed sessions show in the photos.

Check the delivery

Note how the photos come (online gallery, album, prints) and when. It is listed in every package.

Help is in the app

If something goes wrong, use "Get help with this booking". The advance stays held while we look into it.

How much do I pay online?

A small advance, by UPI, after the photographer accepts. You pay the rest to the photographer directly. The app shows the exact amounts before you pay, with no hidden charges.

Can I cancel?

You can cancel a request, or a booking you haven't paid for, at any time and at no cost. Once you pay the advance the booking is final. If the photographer can't provide the service, we refund the advance in full. Cancellation and refunds

How are photographers checked?

Before taking bookings, photographers verify their identity with a government ID (PAN, passport, driving licence or Voter ID) and a selfie, and confirm their mobile number. We never ask for Aadhaar.

Who can use CamMatch?

Anyone aged 18 or over in India.

How do I get help?

Use "Get help with this booking" in the app, or email support@cammatch.in.
