Delete your CamMatch account
In the app
Profile (or Studio for photographers) → Your data and privacy → Delete account. Confirm with your password, or by typing DELETE if you signed in with Google or Facebook.
On the web
If you no longer have the app, you can delete your account from a browser: sign in with your username or email and password, then confirm.
Signed up with Google or Facebook only? Email support@cammatch.in from the same address and we'll delete it for you.
What is deleted
Your account, profile, photos, saved photographers, notifications and personal details are erased. Records the law requires us to keep (such as payment and tax records) are kept only as long as required, without your contact details.
When you can't delete yet
A client with a paid upcoming booking, or a photographer with active bookings, needs to finish or settle them first. Contact support@cammatch.in if you need help.
